AWDML 12 Days of Christmas Day 8

Day 8 tutorial was making a card using an overlay. I used DCWV blue swirly paper and MM snowflake overlay attached together with a snowflake brad. These are gift tags. I am thrilled with how pretty they are!

This challenge is an origami tree. Now, I'm not the brightest crayon in the box - so it took me a while to figure it out, but I did and I'm very happy with it!

AWDML Pink Paislee Contest - I WON!

BoBunny Sketch Challenge

The patterned paper is BoBunny's Snowy Serenade Serenity.
I also used their Flurries rub-ons and Heather Dot & Slate Dot papers.
If you click on the image and view it up close, you will see that the lace and darker snowflake are a gorgeous deep purple.
I just love the colors and the pictures of our house in the snow from last winter.

It occurred to me that the Making Memories Journaling pages could be used as the inside of cards with the matching paper on the outside. I am quite pleased with the results!
