Jakey the Happy Camper

I machine stitched around the edge of the paper and then heavily distressed with ink outside the stitching to make a "frame" around the layout.

I used this sketch from Sketches In Thyme and posted for their challenge:

All paper is BoBunny
Icons are Sizzlits
"camper": American Crafts Thickers
"happy": My Little Shoebox
Journaling: Accord LIght SF
Fiskars border punch
Tim Holtz Distress Ink

Thanks for looking! I appreciate your comments!

Teresa Jaye: I'm so glad you invited me to your blog, and I thank you for following and visiting mine. I just became a new follower here, and I look forward to visiting often. You really have some awesome work to see here. This camping layout really follows the sketch to a "T". I wish you luck with your entry. (wouldn't it be nice to win? - I keep crossing my fingers). Thanks again for inviting me over.
Hope to chat again soon!
